How to keep your account secure

Every Palzea login already requires a 6-digit code emailed to you — there's no separate 2FA app to set up, it's built in and mandatory every time you sign in.

Set an Anti-Phishing Code

From the Security screen's Anti-Phishing tab, set a short code (4–20 characters). Palzea includes it in every official email, so if you ever receive a "Palzea" email without your code, it's a fake — delete it and don't click anything inside.

Review Login History and Sessions

The Login History tab lists every sign-in with its device, browser and location, flagging anything from a new device. If something looks unfamiliar, open the Sessions tab and revoke that session — or tap Logout All Devices to sign out everywhere at once and log back in fresh.
