How to create a Palzea account

    Getting started· 2 min read

Creating a Palzea account takes less than a minute, right from the widget's Create Account screen — no separate sign-up page and no email link to click.

    Step-by-step registration

    1. Open the widget and select Create Account. Enter your full name, email address, and a password (at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character like !@#$%^&*), then confirm it.
    2. Tap Create Account — Palzea emails a 6-digit OTP code to your address, valid for 10 minutes.
    3. Enter the 6-digit code in the OTP field that appears. Didn't get it? Tap Resend OTP once the 60-second cooldown ends.
    4. Submit the correct code and you're in — your account is created and you're logged in immediately, no separate login step.

Prefer not to type a password? Use Sign up with Google on the same screen to skip the OTP step entirely.

    After you're signed in

Before your first trade we strongly recommend two things:

    • Set an Anti-Phishing Code in Security settings, so you can always tell a real Palzea email from a fake one.
    • Complete identity verification (KYC) — a photo ID and a short selfie video — needed before Palzea can match you with a merchant.

    Common sign-up problems

    The OTP code never arrived

Check your spam folder first. If it's still not there, wait for the 60-second cooldown and tap Resend OTP. Corporate inboxes sometimes block automated mail — a personal address usually works better.

The code says invalid or expired

OTP codes expire after 10 minutes — request a fresh one with Resend OTP. Repeated wrong attempts temporarily block further tries for a short time; just wait it out and try again.

    My email is already registered

You may have signed up before. Use the password recovery option; if you believe someone else used your address, contact support immediately. One person may hold only one account — duplicates can be suspended during compliance reviews.
