How to verify your identity (KYC)

Before Palzea matches you with a merchant, you may be asked to complete identity verification: a photo of a government-issued ID and a short recorded selfie video.

Make sure the document photo is sharp with all four corners visible, and that your face is clearly lit during the selfie video. Most verifications complete within a few minutes — until then your status shows as Submitted, then Approved.
